This episode will be clinically oriented, addressing the differential diagnosis of aplastic anemia, including hypoplastic MDS, PNH, and inherited bone marrow failure syndromes. This episode will also focus on the role of somatic mutations, flow cytometry for PNH, and cytogenetic testing.
