Short name: AJCJ262025
Course start date: 07/11/2025
Course end date: 07/11/2026

Description

ASH Journal Club: June 26, 2025, 2:00 - 3:00 PM Eastern

This session will explore the differences in TP53 mutations between classes of myeloid neoplasms; approaches for comparing mutation spectra; and the functional consequences of the mutations and their implications for molecular mechanisms of disease development.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand functional differences between types of TP53 disruptions and their potential impacts on myeloid neoplasias.
  • Understand the challenges of comparing mutation spectra and some statistical approaches to address these challenges.
