ASH Journal Club: March 27, 2024, 5:00-6:00 PM Eastern
The ASH Journal Club is a series that highlights seminal papers in hematology published in Blood, Blood Advances, Blood Neoplasia, and Blood Vessels, Thrombosis, & Hemostasis and features a manuscript author as part of the engagement. Join us on March 27th, 2024 to discuss “Regulation of lymphoid-myeloid lineage bias through Regnase-1/3-mediated control of Nfkbiz” Blood (2024). Published to First Edition on January 18, 2024.

Learning Objectives
Come and learn about messenger RNA (mRNA) decay factors Reg1 and Reg3, which are critical for determining lymphoid fate and restricting myeloid differentiation in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). This webinar will also discuss the pivotal role of Reg1/Reg3-mediated decay of Nfkbiz, crucial for HSPC lineage choice, and how it is potently manipulated by an antisense oligonucleotide.
