Category: Webinars
Short name: ASHOP
Course start date: 05/13/2026
Course end date: 05/13/2026

Description

May 13, 2026, 1pm-2pm EST

ASH in partnership with St. Jude, Drs. Xin Zhou and Charles Mullighan have developed a visualization tool where researchers can now explore genetic variants, interpret clinical data, and identify therapeutic targets more efficiently. This episode of the ASH Precision Hematology Webinar Series, held on May 13, 2026, provided a live demonstration of a few of the tool's capabilities followed by a Q&A session with the makers of the tool for insight into how you can make the most of ASHOP in your own hematologic research.

Learning Objectives

1. Learn about ASHOP and some of the tool’s capabilities. Attendees will learn how to:
a. Logically combine clinical, genomic, and gene expression criteria for cohort building
b. Compare transcriptomic differences between two groups of samples
c. Compare mutational profile and mutational processes between groups of samples
2. Gain insight into ASHOP through Q&A the program developers.
